Buy your own berries and add them to plain cereal for a real health boost.

Here’s a nice blueberry idea the article doesn’t mention: Top plain pancakes with heaps of REAL blueberries to make your own healthy blueberry pancakes! I do this all the time. You can vary this by using sliced bananas, strawberries, or any other fruits. It tastes really good and it’s healthy. Adding some whip cream is nice, too. Or, make your own pancakes (from scratch or a pancake mix) and add real blueberries into the batter.
